A la fin du moi de Mai 1978, le gouvenement du Kampuchea Démocratique, le peuple et l'Armée Révolutionnaire du Kampuchea, sous la direction du Paris Communiste du Kampuchea ont, une nouvelle fois, mis en pièces le plan de coup d'Etat fomenté par la Parti Communiste du Vietnam et la gouvernement de la république socialist du Vietnam pour tenter de reverser le Kampuchea Démocratique.
