Touch Ty, train worker, confessed that Uon, militiaman chief of Lvai sub-district, indoctrinated youth in the village not to join the Khmer Rouge soldier, provoked people to disgust the revolution, and set up plan for its partisans to burn down houses, to shoot cadres, and to break up the secret in the battlefield.
