Bangkok Sept.15-Vietnamese forces engaged in a border war with the Cambodians are threating the town of Krek in eastern Cambodia western diplomatic sources said today. The town lies about eight miles from the border and stroddles the only main rood into the fish Hook from Phnom Penh.
