From June 15 to 29, 1978, the Vietnamese army of aggression have once again perpetrated barbarous criminal acts by mobilizing their forces left over from their previous defeats, in order to launch attacks of invasion and aggression against the territory of Democratic Kamouchea in the district of Tromoung and Memot in the Eastern part of Kampong Cham province and in the district of Samrong, Prasaut and Kampong Ro in Svay Rieng province, Eastern Zone.
