In the recent past, the savage regime of the Pol Pot-Ieng Sary clique vacated the cities and forced city dweller to leave the factories, ministries and schools and desert their houses and property to live in the great misery in the country side, where many of them died, at the same, the enemy plunged our people in the country side into confusion.
