Vo Dong Giang presented his credentials to Heng Samrin, chairman of the KPRC, on 7th March. Heng Samrin painted out that the establishment of the Vietnamese embassy in the PRK marked a new development in the militant solidarity and longstanding, great friendship between the two countries.
