On November 22 and 23, 1978, the Political Consultative Committee of Warsaw military alliance was held in Moscow. At this meeting, the Soviet expansionist big power raised many problems and forced the member of this military alliance to take up its views and positions. But at this meeting, the most important problem was that the Soviet expansionist big power strove to mibilize its supporters to extend the war of aggression and expansion in Kampuchea, Sutheast Asia and Asia.
