Top Siep, soldier of Hospital P-17 April, confessed that Pauch aka Doeun, Chief of Production Cell, Region 15, was imprisoned with him at Office 13, Angsnuol District. In 1975, Pauch indoctrinated Siep with treason. After the liberation, Pauch aka Doeun hatched plots to tell his network to destroy Hospital warehouse and to kill cadres.
ឈ្មោះ តុប សៀប យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យព-១៧ មេសា បាន ឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ប៉ូច ហៅ ឌឿន មេក្រុមកងផលិតតំបន់ ១៥ ធ្លាប់ជាប់ឃុំឃាំងជាមួយខ្លួននៅមន្ទីរ១៣ ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល ដល់ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ប៉ូចបានអប់រំសៀបឱ្យក្បត់។ ក្រោយរំដោះប៉ូច ហៅ ឌឿន បានដាក់ផែនការឱ្យក្អុកផ្សព្វផ្សាយឱ្យបក្ខពួកកំទេចឃ្លាំងក្នុងមន្ទីរ ពេទ្យនិងផែនការសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាល។
