Top Siep, soldier of Hospital P-17 April, confessed that in June 1975, Hel, soldier of Ang Snuol District Office, drove from Region 15 hospital to hospital P-17 and convinced Launh to travel freely. Launh indoctrinated Hel with treason. After that, Hel fled home, bringing along with 2 grenades. So, the Angkar of the hospital chased to arrest him and sent him back to Ang snuol District Office.
ឈ្មោះ តុប សៀប យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យព-១៧ មេសា បាន ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហ៊ែល យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរស្រុកអង្គស្នួលថាៈ នៅខែ៦-១៩៧៥ ហ៊ែល បានចេញពីមន្ទីរបើកឡានតំបន់ ១៥ មកពេទ្យព-១៧មេសា ហើយបានទាក់ទងជាមួយឈ្មោះ ឡូញ ឱ្យដើរហើរសេរីជាមួយគ្នារហូត ហើយឡូញអប់រំហ៊ែលឱ្យក្បត់បាន។ ក្រោយមក ហ៊ែល រត់ទៅផ្ទះដោយយកគ្រាប់បែកពីរគ្រាប់ទៅជាមួយ ពេលនោះអង្គការមន្ទីរពេទ្យតាមចាប់ហ៊ែលប្រគល់ឱ្យមន្ទីរស្រុកអង្គស្នួល វិញ។
