Tum Pom, working in big cell, division 310, confessed that he called Khean, former member of group at unit 406, to attend a meeting and to receive plan from Long. That plans were to collect forces and to wipe out revolutionary forces. Afterward, Khean received plans from Long to attack the revolution; and Khean confirmed [Khean]to flee into Chham Chha forest in region 42 if [Khean]could not defeat the revolution. Pom nominated Khean as a deputy traitorous committee, and assigned Khean to infiltrate himself along with Phai, chief of soldier in region 42.
ឈ្មោះ ទុំ ប៉ុម កងធំ កងពល ៣១០ បានសារភាពថា ខ្លួនបាន ហៅឈ្មោះ ឃាន អតីតសមាជិកក្រុមនៅអង្គភាព ៤០៦ មកប្រជុំ ដើម្បីទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ឡុង ប្រមូលកម្លាំង និងកំទេចកម្លាំង បដិវត្ដ។ ក្រោយមក ឃាន បានទទួលផែនការពី ឡុង ឱ្យវាយ បដិវត្ដ។ ឡុង បានបញ្ជាក់ថា បើវាយបដិវត្ដមិនឈ្នះឱ្យរត់ចូល ព្រៃឆាំឆា តំបន់ ៤២។ ខ្លួនបានចាត់តាំង ឃាន ជាអនុប្រធាន គណៈកម្មការក្បត់ ហើយទៅបង្កប់ខ្លួនជាមួយ ផៃ ប្រធានយោធា តំបន់ ៤២ វិញ។
