Tit Son aka Nhem confessed on December 29, 1976 that Seng Hong aka Chann was the cadre who assisted in the leadership and making contact with Vietnam for military cooperation in striking the revolution and in serving the facing plans.
ឈ្មោះ ទិត សុន ហៅ ញ៉ែម បានឆ្លើយកាលពីថ្ងៃ២៩-១២-៧៦ ពីឈ្មោះសេង ហុង ហៅ ចាន់ ជាកម្មាភិបាលជំនួយគ្នុងគណៈដឹកនាំ និងខ្សែសំរាប់ទាក់ទងទៅវៀតណាមក្នុងកិច្ចសហការណ៍ខាងយោធា វាយបដិវត្ដ បំរើផែនការចំពោះមុខ។
