The seven men all carried identical slate-gray Mao suits and flashed identical smiles. They marched onto a wooden bridge that has been a flashpoint in a bloody two-year war between Cambodia and Thailand. Halfeway across, Cambodia's Deputy Prime Minister Upadit Pachariyangkun and cooed that the embattled bridge could soon become a "gate of frienship between our countries".
