Hong Kong: Military hard-pressed by Vietnam and plagued by internal dissension, Cambodia recently sent its first military delegation to Peking to seek support. The seriousness of Cambodia's predicament was underlined by the fact, learned from reliable source in Hanoi, that So Phim, the former vice-president of Democratic Kampuchea and once Pol Pot's right hand man, is now leading the Vietnamese-backed resistance in Cambodia.
