Ty, [soldier of]Small Cell, Division 310, confessed that Heng Phann aka Phen, [member of]Big Cell Politics, Division 310, conspired to conduct treacherous activities with Phen successively. After that, Phen and Ty linked the traitors with Yim, [soldier of]Battalion, and carried on with activities.
ឈ្មោះ ទី កងតូច កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហេង ផាន់ ហៅ ផេន នយោបាយកងធំ កងពល ៣១០ថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្លួនបានចូលរួមសកម្មភាពក្បត់ជាមួយផេនជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់។ ក្រោយមកផេននិងខ្លួនបានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែក្បត់ជាមួយយីម វរសេនាតូច ហើយធ្វើសកម្មភាពជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់មក។
