Remnants of Pol Pot forces in Cambodia are carrying on their fight not so much to retake the country as to delay world recognition of the new Vietnam-backed regime in Phnom Penh with China's diplomatic support they might be able to hold off the process for quite some time whatever harasement they might be causing the new regime it can not be but in significant in military terms. But as long as their claim that they are continuing their fight gets reported around the world many countries will wait a while longer before considering the recognition question.
