Ty Pon aka Phim, chief of region 32 farm, admitted that Hem Sokh, soldier of region 32 farm office, joined the C.I.A in 1966, carried plan to induce people to revolt against the revolution, and informed enemy soldiers to arrest 7 Khmer Rouge soldiers.
ឈ្មោះ ទី ប៉ុន ហៅ ភឹម ប្រធានកសិដ្ឋានតំបន់ ៣២ បាន សារភាពថា ហែម សុខ យុទ្ធជនមនី្ទរកសិដ្ឋានតំបន់ ៣២ បានចូល សេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៦ បានទទួលផែនការឱ្យបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យ ប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ និងរាយការណ៍ឱ្យទាហានខ្មាំងឱ្យមកចាប់ខ្មែរក្រហម ចំនួន៧ នាក់។
