Prince Sihanouk made the statement yesterday in an interview at his New York hotel. " I last saw Teng Hsiao-ping at Blair House on Jan. 31" the prince said. The Chinese deputy premier " told me that he had been assured by Thailand that it will permit use of certain small ports and of overland routes for the transport of Chinese supplies to the Cambodian guerrilas.
