1981 food situatio": Kampuchean agriculture acaged a partial recovery in 1980 and early 1981. As a result, the 1979-1980 national production of the basic staple was more than doubled in 1980-1981 to attain 1,580,500 tons of paddly, according to an official staement made at August 1981. p.7
