Since nearly one year, the le Duan clique has never stopped increasing the effective of its troops in Kampuchea and carrying out mopping up and genocide operations against the Kampuchea people, without taking into account the unanimous opposition and condemnation of the whole world and the whole humanity. On the contrary, the more it gets bogged in the people's war of the Kampuchea people, the more it redoubles its barbarity and cruelty.
