Taing Siv Leng, teacher, conceded to the fact of Heun, Chho and Prim, farmers of Baray District, Kampong Thom province, attended the meeting and poisoned chief of Baray Village in August 1975. The three colluded with the CIA plan in village and were intended to take over as a leadership of village and sub-district.
ឈ្មោះ តាំង ស៊ីវឡេង សាស្ដ្រាចារ្យ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហឺន, ឆូ និង ប្រឹម កសិករនៅស្រុកបារាយណ៍ កំពង់ធំ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំ អនុវត្ដផែនការបំពុលប្រធានភូមិបារាយណ៍ជាមួយវា កាលពីខែ៨ ១៩៧៥។ បីនាក់នេះបានសហករណ៍ការងារក្បត់ជាមួយសេអ៊ីអា ក្នុងភូមិ ហើយមានបំណងដណ្ដើមនាទីដឹកនាំក្នុងភូមិ ឃុំនេះ។
