Today is a day of historical significance that we delegated from Kampuchea, our beloved country ravaged by the Vietnamese genocidal war of aggression of the Hanoi authorities, are able to attend this important international conference on Kampuchea which is devoted to seeking the way and means to compell the Vietnamese aggressors to withdraw all their troops from Kampuchea so as to restore peace and independence in our war-torn country.
