Summary / Abstract :

On February 17, 1979, by order of theChinese Government, Kinhua News Agency made a declaration stating that China was forced to wage a counter-attack in response to the acts of aggression perpetrated by the Le Duan-Phan Van Dong clique. Execting the Soviet sheme, the clique has unceasingly created incidents which caused the destruction of villages and the loss of lives of theChinese people. It has also killed and maltreated hundreds of thousands of oversea Chinese.
