Taing, 25 years old, lived in Po Village, Tik Vil Sub-district, District 20, Region 25. Taing was a Chief of Regiment 267 Office. In 1974, Taing worked as a Chief of Hospital in Region 25. In 1975, Angkar transferred Taing to work as a medical staff in Cell 12. From 1974 to 1976, Taing gave injection to the patients causing them dead and convuled. Taing provoked problems with women and destroyed medical materials. On August 9, 1976, Angkar made Taing's arrest and sent him to Office S-21.
ឈ្មោះ តាំង អាយុ ២៥ ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិពោធិ ឃុំទិកវិល ស្រុក ២០ តំបន់ ២៥។ តាំង មានតួនាទីប្រធានមន្ទីរវរសេនាធំ ២៦៧។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ តាំង ធ្វើជាប្រធានទេព្យតំបន់ ២៥។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ អង្គការដក តាំង ឱ្យមកធ្វើពេទ្យនៅកង ១២វិញ។ ពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤-៧៦ តាំង បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពចាក់ថ្នាំឱ្យអ្នកជម្ងឺស្លាប់ និងប្រកាច់ បង្កទំនាស់ជាមួយនារីនិងធ្វើឱ្យខូចសំភារៈពេទ្យ។ នៅថ្ងៃ ៩-៨-១៩៧៦ តាំង ត្រូវបានអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនមកកាន់មន្ទីរស-២១។
