Suon Long aka Roeun, his wife was Sum Say, was born in Kanleng village, Dei Ith sub-district, Kien Svay district, Kandal province. He joined the CIA on July 12, 1973 through Huot Liv. Roeun convinced prisoners to follow Republic regime and strengthen their standpoint in order to rebel against the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ សួន ឡុង ហៅ រឿន មានប្រពន្ធឈ្មោះ ស៊ុំ សាយ, ម្ដាយឈ្មោះ ឡឹម «ស្លាប់»«ពុកឈ្មោះ សួន «ស្លាប់»កើតនៅភូមិកន្លែង ឃុំដីដ្ឋ ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅក្នុងគុកធំនៅថ្ងៃទី១២-៧-១៩៧៣ មានឋានៈជា សមាជិក ដែលមានឈ្មោះ ហួត លីវ ជាអ្នកឧទេ្ទសនាម និង ទទួលស្គាល់។ រឿន បានប្រជុំបំផុសអ្នកទោសឱ្យស្រឡាញ់របប សាធារណរដ្ឋ ពង្រឹងគោលជំហឱ្យរឹងដើម្បីប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
