This year, all our Nation and people are celebrating the 4th Anniversary of the Great Victory of the 17th of April 1975 and of the founding of Democratic Kampuchea, in a situation when, armed with sublime patriotism and revolutionary heroism, and united as a monolithic bloc under the leadership of the Government of Demoncratic Kampuchea, they are waging throughout the country the people's war against the vietnamese enemy aggressor, annexationist, swallower of territories and exterminator of Nations.
