Summary / Abstract :

Due to the spirit of solidarity and friendship towards the Movement of non-alignment and Sri Lanka, the Delegation of Demoncratic Kampuchea has sacrificed its right to take the floor. But it wants to state that, in quality of full member of the Movement and as no consensus has been reached Democratic Kampuchea keeps all its right and in this quality; it must be invited and be able to attend the summit conference in Havana.
