In the situation where the Vietnamese enemy aggresses and in vades our Kampuchea in the most barbarous way to swallow her and exterexterminates our race, the great union of the whole nation and the whole people of Kampuchea has provided as a powerful force which pounpounces upon the Vietnamese aggresser, expansionists, swallowers of territory and exterminators of race, driving them more and more deeply into the abyss of the people's war.
