On October 30, 1979 President of the presidium of the State of Democratic Kampuchea Khieu Samphan sent to his excellency Kurt Waldheim General Secretary of United Nations Organization a letter underlining the appalling danger of total disappearing which threatens the people of Kampuchea because of the wat of aggression and genocide carried out by Hanoi authorities.
