Increasing numbers of hungry and exhausted Cambodian soldiers loyal to ousted Premier Pol Pot have fled to the Southeastern border town of Bo Rai, border Patrol Police officials said. More than 700 Cambodian villagers and soldiers crossed the mountainous border into Trat Province yesterday and were placed in custody, they said.
