Ten soldiers loyal to Heng Samrin crossed into this Thai border town yesterday morning, bringing to (84 the number of them ranks who had fled here. On Friday, 174 troops on the Heng Samrin side sought refugee here. A military source said all the 184 troops had asked to return to Kampuchea to fight the Pol Pot forces through Chantabburi. The report could not be confirmed last night.
