Phnom Penh-Sao Hem is a self-confessed killer. He is 23 years old and admits murdering at least 50 people in cold blood. Sao Hem was a soldier in the communist Khmer Rouge government of Premier Pol Pot, which was ousted three months ago in a Vietnamese backed revolution. He was a feared member of an execution squad.
