Say Sarin, C.I.A member hiding in factory T-4, confessed that in 1971, Happ Seng Thai, worker of factory T-4, worked as military 2nd-class sergeant. In 1973, he joined the C.I.A movement. After April 17, 1975 he counterfeited his biography as worker of factory T-4 and conspired with him [Say Sarin].
ឈ្មោះ សយ សារិន សេអ៊ីអាបង្កប់នៅក្នុងរោងចក្រតម្បាញ ត-៤ បានសារភាពថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ឈ្មោះ ហាប់ សេងថៃ កម្មករ តម្បាញ ត-៤ ធ្វើជាទាហានពាក់ដោយមួយជាន់ ដល់ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ចូលសេអ៊ីអា។ ក្រោយ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ក្លែងប្រវត្ដិរូបជាកម្មករ រោងចក្រតម្បាញ ត-៤ ហើយរួមគំនិតក្បត់ជាមួយខ្លួន។
