Say Sarin, C.I.A member, hiding in factory T-4, confessed that in 1973, Prum Chhin joined the C.I.A, through the nomination of Boss Seng Thai. The activity was to burn down two water pumps and to break down steaming kiln frequently; moreover, he assigned Prum Chhin to assassinate cadres.
ឈ្មោះ សយ សារិន សេអ៊ីអាបង្កប់នៅរោងចក្រ ត-៤ បានសារ ភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ព្រំ ឈិន បានចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ តាម រយៈថៅកែ សេង ថៃ។ ចំពោះសកម្មភាពធ្វើឱ្យឆេះម៉ូទ័របូមទឹក២ ធ្វើឱ្យធ្លាយឡចំហាយញឹកញាប់។ ខ្លួនបានឱ្យ ព្រំ ឈិន លបសម្លាប់ កម្មាភិបាល។
