Say Sarin, CIA member hiding in factory T-4, admitted that Lim Ieng Khun, worker of cloth dyeing section in textile factory T-4, joined the C.I.A in 1974, under the nomination of Ngao Trinh Vinh; after April 17, 1975 Ieng Khun agreed to serve in traitorous activities with him.
ឈ្មោះ សយ សារិន ជាសេអ៊ីអាបង្កប់នៅរោងចក្រ ត-៤ បាន សារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ លឹម អៀងឃុន កម្មករជ្រលក់ក្រណាត់តម្បាញ ត-៤ បានចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ តាមរយៈ ង៉ោ ទ្រិញ វិញ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧ មេសា ១៩៧៥ អៀងឃុន បានយល់ព្រម ក្បត់ជាមួយខ្លួន។
