Say Sarin, CIA member hiding in factory T-4, confessed that in 1971, Happ Seng Thai, worker of textile factory T-4, was a military 2nd class sergeant. In 1973, Happ Seng Thai joined the C.I.A movement, and took part in treacherous activity with him in factory T-4.
ឈ្មោះ សយ សារិន ជាសេអ៊ីអាបង្កប់នៅរោងចក្រ ត-៤ បាន សារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ហាប់ សេងថៃ កម្មករតម្បាញ ត-៤ ធ្វើជា ទាហានពាក់ដោយមួយជាន់នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧១។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ចូលសេអ៊ី អា ហើយបានរួមធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់ជាមួយខ្លួននៅរោងចក្រត-៤។
