A meeting was held in Sariwon city, North Huanghue province, to welcome the delegation led by Nuon Chea. The Cambodian delegation left Pyongyang by plane on 13th September. They were sent off by Vice-President Kung Yang-uk, camrade Kye Ung-tae, camrade Kim Yang-num and functionaries concerned Ho Chong-suk, Hyan Chun-kuk, Kim Chung-il.
