Sim Hea, group chief of technical repairing section of garage office Ch-2, confessed that on June 15, 1976, he received the plot from Khleang, technical chief of iron foundry Ch-4 at Stung Meanchey, to prepare fighting Kampuchea in February 1977.
ឈ្មោះ ស៊ឺម ហ៊ា មេក្រុមបចេ្ចកទេសជួសជុលឡានមនី្ទរយានដ្ឋាន ជ-២ បានឆ្លើយថា នៅថ្ងៃទី ១៥-៦-១៩៧៦ ខ្លួនបានទទួល ផែនការត្រៀមវាយកម្ពុជាខែ២-១៩៧៧ ពីឈ្មោះ ឃ្លាំង ប្រធានបចេ្ចកទេសឡដែកជ-៤ ស្ទឹងមានជ័យ។
