Soeng Krin aka Nguon, secretary of company 164, conceded that Yan, member of division 164, was disloyal to the party, convened traitorous members to accept [treacherous] plan to strike the party, and enhanced [hidden network] to have absolute stance and not to confess to informing treacherous plan and traitors to the party.
