A congress was held on 17th December at the political reorientation school of the National Education Ministry. Foreign Minister Hun Sen was invited to give a lecture "on the world situation relating to Kampuchea." This congress was held in the presence of Bou Thang, Chairman of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission.
