Prince Norodom Sihanouk said in Peking on 2dn April that he was ready to return to Cambodia, even under the pro-Vietnamese Heng Samrin regime, if the maiority of this followers made no objections. Speaking at a press conference, the former Cambodian Head of State ruled out any reconciliation with the Khmer Rouge regime.
