Summary / Abstract :

Even as the world struggle to cope with thousands of Vietnamese refugees. Thailand reports a new wave of starving people approaching overland from Cambodia. Endless though the flow many seem, these people cannot be ignored. Forceful U.S and international efforts are needed to get the Cambodian authorities, such as they are, to permit the world to help fight their spreading famine.
