Tokyo-Foreign Minister Ieng Sary of Cambodia's jungle government praised Thailand's repatriation of thousands of Cambodian refugees. "We fully agree with the Thai policy, " said Ieng Sary, whose government's forces have been fighting Vietnamese invaders and their Cambodian allies in a full scale war December 25 last year.
