In light of the Decree-Law No. 2-DL, dated 15th May 1980, on the for treason against the revolution and other crimes, promulgated the KPRC and based on the result of investigations carried by the PRK Interior Ministry's information service into the reactionary Sereika movement-lackey of the US imperialists, Peking expansionists and Thai spies and upon completion of interogation, the Interior Ministry has reached the following conclusion.
