Sokh Yan confessed that Samin, assistant to political regiment 12, division 290, was a Free Khmer member. In the plan fighting the party on September 1976, Samit was responsible to prepare the troop to strike the party and to convince combatants to hate the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ សុខ យ៉ន បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ សមិន ជំនួននយោបាយ វរសេនាធំ ២១ កងពល ២៩០ ជាខ្មែរសេរី។ កុ្នងផែនការវាយ បក្សថ្ងៃ៣០-៩-១៩៧៦ សាមិត មានភារៈរៀបចំទ័ព ដើម្បីវាយបក្ស ឯសកម្មភាពផេ្សងទៀត គឺដើរឃោសនាអប់រំ យុទ្ធជនឱ្យស្អប់បដិវត្ដ។
