On 27th February, the "Voice of the Kampuchean people" broadcast a statement implying that Thailand is allowing the use of Kut Island by foreign countries as a base for resupplying and weapons to the Kampuchean opposition forces inside Kampuchean territory and alleging that Thailand is allowing groups of people to carry out harassment inside Kampuchea at Preah Vihear and at other location.
