With reference to your article "Famine Here and Now" (Asia, Sep. 24), I would like to point out that the DC-8 aircraft chartered for the relief flight to Cambodia were not Belgian, but belong to Luxembourg's all-cargo carrier, Cargolux Airlines International. Cargolux was the first airline allowed to fly into the country and has made seven flights to date with additional relief flights planned.
