Sokh Nann, worker of Factory T-4, conceded that Pha Phen, worker of Water Works, joined the CIA in 1974. Before the April 17, 1975 liberation, Pha Phen persuaded workers to go against to the Communist regime. After the liberation, he constantly opposed to the Angkar.
ឈ្មោះ សុខ ណាន់ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ផា ផែន កម្មកររដ្ឋករទឹក ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤។ មុនថ្ងៃ រំដោះ១៧-៤-៧៥ ផា ផែន បានបំផុសកម្មករឱ្យប្រឆាំងរបប កុម្មុយនិស្ដ ហើយក្រោយថ្ងៃរំដោះបង្កទំនាស់ជាមួយអង្គការមិនចេះ ចប់មិនចេះហើយ។
