Sokh Nann, Worker of Factory T-4, confessed that since 1964, Sa-em had worked in Ministry of Meteorology, CRS, and RDS organization. In 1974, at the office of CRS, Sa-em was introduced by Khuon Daut and recognized by Luy Lay Sreng to joined CIA force. Before the liberation, Sa-em convinced workers and students to rebel against the Communist regime. After the liberation, Sa-em provoked conflicts on eating and assigning problem.
ឈ្មោះ សុខ ណាន់ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ បានឆ្លើយថា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៤ ឈ្មោះ សាឯម ធ្វើការនៅក្រសួងឧត្ដុនិយម បន្ទាប់មក ចូលអង្គការសេ អែ អែស និងអង្គការអ៊ែរ ដេ អែស ហើយបាន ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នៅការិយាល័យ សេ អែរ អែស អ្នកនាំចូលឈ្មោះ ឃួន ដូត និងអ្នកទទួលស្គាល់ លុយ ឡាយសេ្រង។ មុនរំដោះ សាឯម បានបំផុសកម្មករ សិស្ស ឱ្យធ្វើបាតុកម្មប្រឆាំង របបកុម្មុយនិស្ដ។ ក្រោយរំដោះបានបង្កទំនាស់ពីបញ្ហាហូបចុក និង ការចាត់តាំង។
