Sisophon district, Cambodia, Dec 6--Cambodians who arrived this week in this sprawlling encampment of law, that ched-roof nuts, where about 300,000 refugees of famine and war have gathered and thousands more arrive daily, told of undiminished famine and listened skeptically to reports from international relief organizations that food was being widely distributed in many areas of this country.
