Pol Pot Base, Kampuchea-We met Premier Pol Pot, leader of the guerilla war against Vietnamese and Heng Samrin troops, in the jungle inside Kampuchea, about six kilometres from the Thai border. The Democratic Kampuchea (Pol Pot) Government had invited the Japenes journalists to its base inside Kampuchea throught the Japanese-Kampuchean Friendship Association.
